All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Sweden. We stock and dispatch all products locally within Sweden for faster and more reliable delivery.

Shipping Within Sweden

  • Cost: Free shipping on all orders within Sweden.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Carrier: Local Swedish postal and courier services (e.g., PostNord, DHL, Bring).

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations within Europe and beyond.

  • Cost: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Delivery Time: 5–14 business days depending on the destination.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to your email. You can monitor your package in real-time until it arrives.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. KLUVEROSHOP is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
